We had originally commissioned a Funeral Director to arrange the formalities who really left me cold, showing no empathy and no compassion.  It was a business deal for this lady!

A friend realised this and introduced us to Ross.  From the moment Ross Cali entered our home to discuss our 31 year old son Drew's Celebration of Life, something almost spiritual enveloped us as grieving parents.  Ross's caring nature immediately made us feel comfortable as he guided us through the entire planning of this daunting task.  We truly believe that whilst we were surrounded by loving family, Ross's presence in our lives at that time, got us through those dark days.  We had many conversations with Ross on the days leading up to the Celebration where we found support, love and caring.

Ross's service was warm , loving, caring and well executed.  He understood exactly who my son was even though he had never meet  him, we felt he captured Drew's soul and embraced Drew's life throughout the entire Celebration.

We developed a bond so strong with Ross Cali and we consider him a dear friend that shared our moment of despair, so much so, that we had Ross conduct the re-making of our Wedding vows a few years later.

If you want to have someone beside you that cares deeply, understands fully and shares your desire to say "farewell" to your loved ones, Ross Cali is the person you need in your life at this time!

 Ross Cali was the funeral celebrant for our 86 year old Mum's funeral in March 2019.  At such a sad and difficult time, it was lovely to have Ross, who was understanding and patient during the planning.  Ross listened to what we thought Mum would like and what we would like. He gave us such great advice, especially about taking more time for the service than was offered by the funeral company.  It allowed us a more relaxed atmosphere and a chance to mingle after with friends and family.  Organising a funeral for the first time was daunting and overwhelming.  Ross was very kind, supportive and very professional throughout.  His guidance and direction on the day allowed the service to run smoothly and beautifully.  Mum had a great sense of humour and wanted a non denominational relaxed service.  So it felt like an old friend was guiding and supporting you through a very difficult and sad day.  Mum would have loved this, so with big heartfelt thank you, we, her family, highly recommend Ross as someone to be with you on this sad occasion.   

Ross Cali was amazing and I cannot speak more highly of the celebration of life for my dear husband on our property.

I could not have done it without all his advice and help.

With the prayer flags, everyone a message on, to the doves we ordered and flew home to his place of birth, (not planned).

Everyone commented on how unique, special and beautiful the service was.
